I'm Shea, a creative director, designer and motion media generalist with 15+ years of experience working with agencies, in-house corporate teams, and startups. My passion for design, creative, and culture has led me to work with a variety of notable brands, including the NBA, Pandora Music, Coca-Cola, Kroger, SiriusXM, AVIS, Bleacher Report, NCAA, Atlanta Braves, Weather Channel, and Camille Rose.
Along the way, I've had the pleasure of collaborating with fellow creatives, producers, editors, data analysts, media buyers, on-air talent to design, animate, and edit OLV content, OOH signage, organic and paid social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X), in-app messaging, performance creative, digital display banners, print collateral, and 360/full-funnel marketing campaign materials. These assets were utilized to promote brand engagement, user acquisition strategy, lifecycle, customer retention, and winback.
In addition, I’ve overseen brand strategy and development, enhanced team building, facilitated talent growth for senior, mid- and junior level designers, and streamlined efficient workflows for agencies, startups, and in-house award-winning teams. While my design direction and leadership in advertising, sports, and entertainment has garnered three Emmy Awards and several Cynopsis Awards, my most rewarding work is empowering colleagues and students via mentorship, coaching, and community outreach.
